Home Caregiver
Provide compassionate personal care and daily living support to elderly and post-surgery clients across the Western Province.
Clinical Nurse (Home-Based)
Deliver professional clinical nursing care — wound management, medication administration, post-operative support — in clients' homes.
Care Coordinator
Match families with the right caregivers, manage client relationships, and oversee care placements from first call to ongoing support.
Caregiver Trainer
Design and deliver our structured pre-placement training programme, mentoring new caregivers before their first placement.
Customer Care Executive
Be the first point of contact for families — handling enquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring every client feels genuinely supported.
Nursing Assistant
Support patients with vital signs, medication support, and basic wound and continence care alongside daily personal care.
Physiotherapist (Home Visits)
Deliver mobility, strength and post-operative rehabilitation programmes in clients' homes, visit by visit.
Hospital Bystander Attendant
Stay with patients during hospital admissions — assisting with meals, mobility, hygiene and keeping the family updated.
Night Care Attendant
Provide overnight supervision, toileting assistance and reassurance for clients who need a presence through the night.
Caregiver Recruitment Officer
Source, interview and verify caregivers — including NIC checks, reference calls and PHSRC verification for every nurse.
Field Quality Supervisor
Visit active placements, check care standards against the agreed care plan, and handle replacements when a match is not working.
Accounts Executive
Run the 15-day billing cycles end to end — issuing invoices in advance, tracking settlements, and processing caregiver payroll.
