In most cases we can arrange a nurse within 24–48 hours of discharge. For planned discharges, we recommend contacting us 3–5 days before your discharge date so we can have everything ready before you leave hospital.
All our nurses are professionally trained with specialist experience in community and home-based clinical care. Every nurse undergoes a rigorous vetting process including reference checks, credential verification, and a clinical skills assessment before joining BetterHands.
