What a patient needs at 2pm is very different from what they need at 2am. BetterHands bystanders are trained for both — and can be booked independently for each shift.
Day Shift
7am – 7pm
Day shifts are the busiest period — doctor rounds, procedures, meal times, and family visits. The bystander acts as the patient's advocate and point of contact, ensuring nothing is missed and the patient's needs are communicated clearly to the ward team.
