Doorstep lab testing starts from a Rs. 800 visit fee covering the phlebotomist's visit and sample transport. Test costs are additional — fasting blood glucose from Rs. 350, CBC from Rs. 800, full profile from Rs. 2,500. Packages combining visit fee and common panels start from Rs. 2,500 (basic diabetes) to Rs. 4,500 (comprehensive health screen).
STAT tests (urgent glucose, troponin, electrolytes) return in 2–4 hours. Routine tests (CBC, kidney, liver, HbA1c, lipids) return in 4–8 hours. Extended tests (cultures, Vitamin D, hormones) require 12–24 hours. Results are delivered to your WhatsApp or email.
A prescription is not required for most routine monitoring tests. For insurance coverage or specialist panels requiring clinical justification, a physician's request is recommended. BetterHands coordinators advise on which tests need a prescription when booking.
