If you are further out on the Island, in Grasmere, Grymes Hill or towards Port Richmond, nothing changes. The care happens in Sri Lanka and your address affects only the hours we schedule calls into.
One practical note about the density. Several households on the same block sometimes have parents in the same district back home, and families occasionally ask whether that can be coordinated. Often it can. If two placements sit close together in Colombo or Kandy, we will say so, because a caregiver who already knows the neighbourhood settles faster.
What we will not do is share anything about another family's arrangement. In a community where everybody knows everybody, discretion matters more rather than less, and your parents' care plan is not discussed with anyone outside the people you name.

What is the smallest we can start with?

Our coordination office is in Sri Jayawardenepura Kotte, next to Colombo, and caregivers are placed anywhere on the island — Kandy, Galle, Negombo, Matara and Jaffna included.

A one-way transfer for the caregiver is arranged at the start of placement.
